The professional fee for your anesthesiologist’s services are separate from your dental bill.  Our services are available by request through your pediatric dental office. For your convenience, all scheduling, deposit and payment arrangements are made through your pediatric dental office. Payment in full is expected at the time of the appointment and we will gladly help patients with questions regarding the benefits provided by their insurance company.

INFORMATION ABOUT MEDICAL INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT
Our physician anesthesiologists, are not providers with any insurance company and do not accept insurance assignment, BUT your medical or dental insurance may reimburse you for all or part of their anesthesia fee.

When a patient has both dental and medical insurance, it is necessary to notify both plans so that the insurance carriers can determine which plan is the primary payer and can coordinate benefits.
